Setting those builds aside, I would hazard that 12 bladepact is competitive with just about any other build when looked at as a 1-12 journey. Might be a bit behind some of the gloomstalker/thief builds, maybe sorcadin, but warlock 12 blade in bg3 is very effective. Probably what I would consider a low-a tier choice.

I was playing around with different Pact of the Blade multi class builds and my favourite is 1 Sorc / 6 Swordbard / 5 GOO. Great mix of dmg and controll spells. But this will come alive rather late.
