I tried every thing to fix this problem. Replaced: PCM Relay, PCM, Fuel Pump, tighten all ground wires, used 3 different keys etc. When this happens it will not communicate with PCM. Here is what worked for me. Try pulling the EGR pressure sensor connector while you have dashes on odometer and theft light is flashing.If you feel it click, it's fine. Listen for a whirring sound in the rear driver's side wheelwell. If you don't hear one, there's no power getting to the pump. The pump could have a deadspot on it.
