Aug 29, 2023 · I bought a blem Dagger compact frame off PSA, and installed a 2.5L spring, and a new extended Glock mag release that I filed to suit my liking on Wednesday. It’s a night and day difference. The 2.5 lb spring in a Dagger feels about like the stock 5 lb spring in a GEN3 Glock.

Again, likely a 1.1mm spring wire. I installed this spring in one of my Dagger pistols and retested for mag release function. It was now a light 2.2 lb. I did not like the feel and I was thinking that the mag may fall free during recoil. This magazine release is now too light and it would need to be tested.
