If you are referring to the completion challenge, every heat action has to be an action you never used before, so they have to be UNIQUE. If you’ve been repeating them over and over, then they won’t count. If you ARE performing unique heat actions and it still won’t count, then yes I think it’s a broken glitch. #1.
